We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer who is proficient in UX/UI design and graphic design tools to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, user-centric thinking, and hands-on experience with design software.
Job Responsibilities:
- UX/UI Design:
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to create seamless user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and insights.
- Graphic Design:
- Design visually engaging content for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and other assets for digital platforms.
- Ensure design consistency across all brand touchpoints and align with company branding guidelines.
- Video Editing & Motion Graphics:
- Create and edit video content, including animations and motion graphics, for promotional and educational purposes.
- Work with the marketing team to create impactful video ads and content for social media.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and development) to understand business requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Present design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong knowledge and experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design work and prototyping.
- Experience in video editing with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
- Familiarity with web design best practices and responsive design.
- A keen eye for design, typography, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative and functional design solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with mobile app design and responsive design.
- Knowledge of design trends, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.
- Understanding of the health-tech, parenting, or child development industries is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, or related roles.
