Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in B2B and B2B2C sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in developing and expanding school networks, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills, an innovative mindset, and a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective B2B and B2B2C sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
  • School Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with schools, educational institutions, and child development centers to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Lead Generation & Business Growth: Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful partnerships.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in schools, corporates, and institutional partners.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Field Sales & Travel: Conduct regular visits to potential partners in defined geographic areas, requiring travel for 50% – 70% of the time.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and provide regular performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles in B2B/B2B2C models.
  • Industry Expertise: Prior experience in developing school networks is mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset to assess market trends and sales performance.
    • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results.
    • Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
